I have found photography is a great way to slow down and reduce stress.

 

It can touch on many of the five ways to wellbeing,

  • Connect with other people

  • Be active

  • Take notice

  • Keep learning

  • Give

We will be following Covid secure guidance so numbers will be strictly limited, and the session will be outside.

Slow down and take a fresh work at the world around you in a photography workshop.

Find the beauty in the every day and tell your story in images

The workshops will be fun and low-tech.  Any mobile phone, tablet or digital camera will be fine, and sessions will be suitable for all.

Full day workshops, and regular weekly sessions are available.
