Cyanotypes

Cyanotype images, or Blueprints were one of the earliest forms of photography.  In 1843, the botanist Anna Atkins used this technique to illustrate the first ever photographic book - Photographs of British Algae.

I've been exploring this iron-based photographic technique on both fabric and paper.
